You’re in the right place if:

• you have encountered a rule or requirement that feels unclear, outdated, or unnecessary.
• a regulatory process has caused unreasonable delay, cost, or confusion.
• you’re not sure which government agency is responsible.

What to expect 

The form may take between 10–30 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you choose to provide.

You don’t need to prepare anything formal. However, it helps if you can describe:

• the rule, requirement, or process that caused the issue.
• who it affected (e.g. you, your business, an organisation).
• what made it difficult or unnecessary.
• which agency or regulator was involved (if you know).
