What to expect 

The form usually takes 10–30 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you choose to provide.

You don’t need to prepare anything formal. However, it helps if you can describe:

• the rule, requirement, or process that caused the issue.
• who it affected (e.g. you, your business, an organisation).
• what made it difficult or unnecessary.
• which agency or regulator was involved (if you know).
