Survey on club transport services

Overview

The Ministry for Regulation is undertaking a regulatory review of the hospitality sector, announced in October 2025. You can find the Terms of Reference for the Hospitality Review, which describe the purpose, timeframes, and the scope, here.

As part of the Review, we are looking at compliance requirements for operating transport services in clubs, which was raised during our engagement with the hospitality sector last year.

We have created a short survey for Clubs New Zealand members as part of our evidence gathering for the Review. Your responses will further our understanding about how many clubs offer transport services and the barriers they may be facing to operating these services.
