Overview

This questionnaire is for anyone who works in an ECE - be it a teacher or kaiako at a centre, a centre manager, a home-based educator, a kaiawhina, a visiting teacher, a Playcentre parent and many other roles.

Why your views matter

This review is looking at the regulatory systems that apply to the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector.

The review includes education, health, safety, child protection, food safety, building, and workplace regulations. It does not include funding.

By giving us your feedback through the survey link below you can help us identify the areas we need to consider as part of this work. The questionnaire will take around 30 minutes to complete. 

If you want to provide a written submission as well as or instead of doing the questionnaire you can do so here.  Your written submission can be as short or long as you like.

• Information submitted will be considered public unless the submitter explicitly requests it be treated in-confidence in their submisson. 

• All identifiable information (names, addresses, trading name, contact details) will be anonymised before any public release.
